Forms of Payment
We want it to be as easy as possible to order from us. Instead of accepting credit card information over the internet (many people worry about security) we will take credit card information directly by telephone (775) 323-5100. You can also send personal checks and money orders. We ship after checks or money orders have cleared. Please do not send cash.

High value items are shipped via United States Post Office Registered Mail with insurance unless another form of shipping is requested. Most items will have a charge of $10 for shipping and handling. Higher priced items or other forms of shipping may cost more. If you would like, small items can be sent in a puff-pack padded envelope for only $5. Such items cannott be insured and would be at your risk. Please call for international shipping information.

Sales & Use Tax
If you are ordering from out of state, it is not necessary for us to collect the Nevada Sales Tax. But please be aware that most states have a Use Tax. In those cases, you are under the obligation to report your purchase and pay your state's tax to your state voluntarily.
If you are ordering from anywhere in the state of Nevada, we must collect Nevada Sales tax (presently 7%).

Important Legal Information
Ince Jewelers reserves the right to correct, update, modify or otherwise change the terms and conditions of sale, information, and prices at any time at our sole discretion and without notice. Ince Jewelers, it agents, affiliates or employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of any of the information contain in or received from this site.
Appraisals, Grading Reports and Lab Certificates are in part, subjective, and may vary as to qualities and descriptions depending upon the agent, laboratory, appraiser and the scientific methods applied. The user hereby acknowledges that the use of this site and its recourses, information and services shall be solely at his/her own risk.

Returns & Exchanges
Ince Jewelers will accept the return of new, undamaged merchandise, in original condition, with the following provisions:

• No Refunds, in store credit only
• Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling (775) 323-5100, or send us an online Inquiry to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be referenced on paperwork accompanying your return, and must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.
• Merchandise may be returned or exchanged for credit within 14 days of delivery in original condition, in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and original shipping papers. The RMA number must appear where indicated on the shipping document; please indicate reference for refund or exchange where indicated.
• Diamond returns must be accompanied by the original matching or identifying certificate(s), along with the original warranty document. Should the certificate(s) or warranty document not be included with the merchandise, the customer will be charged a $150 replacement fee for each missing document.
• Custom work, special orders, personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless there is an error on the part of Ince Jewelers. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to Ince Jewelers error, or when Ince Jewelers has confirmed the merchandise is defective.If the item is defective or not as ordered, the customer has the option of requesting a refund or an exchange for the purchase.
