The Ince Family Business

Robert Ince Jewelers was founded by Robert Ince in 1972. Robert Ince started his jewelry career with his father in 1955 at Ginsberg Jewelers in downtown Reno which is located in Northern Nevada. Opening his first store in 1972 with his father by his side Robert began enlarging to five additional stores in the surrounding area. With additional wholesale accounts coming into the locations, Robert Ince Jewelers was employing upwards of 10 jewelers, and 35 sales people. Starting in the late 70’s Robert Ince Jewelers began to forge a niche in Designer Jewelry, and scaled back all locations to one by 1982.  While concentrating on “one of a kind” custom designed pieces, and striving to a life statement of “Unconditionally committed to excellence”, Robert Ince Jewelers started to shine at  the highest level of excellence in crafting Platinum, 18k, 14k, and Sterling silver designs.

Now 45 years later Robert Ince Jewelers has become a name known for excellence, superior craftsmanship, and a commitment to designs that allow customers to shine with their own “one of a kind” designs. While 80% of all work done by Robert Ince Jewelers is comprised of custom designs, they continue to work on repairs, appraisals, and sales ranging from loose stones, mountings, and other designer pieces.
